PLANT TISSUE CULTURE LAB MANAGEMENT SOFTWAREWe built a software system to handle our own lab workflow and help us scale.
We originally started building it because we could not find a tool that really matched how tissue culture labs operate day to day. Most of what we saw felt either too generic, too cumbersome, or too disconnected from the actual work happening inside the lab. Inventory, subculture timing, media planning, traceability, and downstream handoffs were often split across spreadsheets, notes, or software that did not save enough time to justify the overhead.
Hoodflow is our answer to that problem.
It is designed around batch-first inventory and subculture operations, so labs can visually track shelf location, batch IDs, vessel context, action history, media demand, and downstream traceability without forcing every jar into a disconnected one-record-at-a-time workflow. The goal was to alleviate administrative and record keeping burden and make the lab easier to run.
