At Subculture Laboratories, we take pride in providing tissue-cultured and acclimated plants of the highest quality. Each plant is carefully packed and shipped with precautions to maintain health and viability in transit. However, due to the perishable nature of live plant materials and the inherent risk associated with shipping living organisms, the following policy applies:
📦 Shipping & Packaging
All plants are inspected, packed securely, and shipped promptly.
Shipments are scheduled to avoid extreme weather events and typically include insulation or cold packs when necessary, based on your location and seasonal norms.
Buyers are encouraged to track their shipments and retrieve packages promptly to avoid extended exposure to outdoor conditions.
✅ Live Arrival Guarantee
We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee if the package is received on the first delivery attempt and if the buyer contacts us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of any issue.
If your plant arrives dead or heavily damaged due to packaging failure, a replacement or store credit may be issued at our discretion. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the package is left outside, exposed to cold/hot temperatures, or delivery is delayed due to incorrect address information, this voids the Live Arrival Guarantee.
🚫 No Returns on Live Plants
Due to agricultural regulations and the sensitive nature of plant material, we do not accept returns on live plants.
Once shipped, the buyer assumes the inherent risk of environmental factors (e.g., postal delays, local weather) that are beyond our control.
